STEP 1 Requirement Discussion
We begin by clarifying the client’s product requirements for trekking poles, including target market, material (aluminum or carbon fiber), locking system, weight specification, branding needs, and target price range. Clear technical alignment at this stage helps avoid costly revisions later.
STEP 2
Supplier Evaluation
Based on the technical requirements, we screen and compare qualified manufacturers with experience in outdoor equipment production. Evaluation criteria typically include production capability, quality control system, export experience, cost structure, and responsiveness.
STEP 3 Sample Development
We coordinate sample development to verify product structure, locking performance, surface finishing, and logo application. Samples are reviewed and feedback is consolidated before confirming final specifications for mass production.
STEP 4 Production Monitoring
During mass production, we track key milestones such as raw material preparation, component assembly, and packaging. Progress updates and issue reports are shared to ensure timelines and specifications are maintained.
STEP 5 Quality Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection typically includes structural testing, locking strength verification, surface inspection, weight measurement, and packaging checks. Inspection results are documented and shared before shipment approval.
STEP 6 Shipping Coordination
We coordinate shipment arrangements based on agreed Incoterms, including freight booking, documentation preparation, and export clearance. Final documents are provided to ensure smooth customs clearance at destination.
